Shipping Policy for Sitara Vastra
Customer have to read and agree this shipping policy before purchase from our store.
Shipping Policy and information:
Sitara Vastra is committed to delivering your order accurately in good condition and always on time. We believe in express shipping and most of your order is shipped within 24 hours once the order is placed, except on weekends or on public holidays. We deliver to all locations in the India and across the world. All International shipping will cost a minimum of ₹ 1500/- or depends on countries. International shipping will be processed within 2 to 3 working days, and you should receive your order within the next 6 to 7 working days at a minimum.
Shipping Restriction:
Any items notified by the delivery company to be restricted and/or banned and/or prohibited from time to time (including but not limited to animals, bullion, currency, bearer form negotiable instruments, precious metals and stones, firearms or parts thereof, and ammunition, human remains, pornography, and illegal narcotics/drugs).
Important Information:
Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only and do not consider possible delays caused by payment authorization. We aim to dispatch all orders as soon as the product is ready and within the time shown on the product page. However, a delay of 72 hours is possible from the designer/manufacturer in case of unforeseen circumstances. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
When do we Deliver?
All domestic orders are shipped by the delivery company between 09:00 AM - 06:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. It takes a minimum of 7 to 15 working days for national shipping.
Shipping in India:
The shipping charge in India depends on the delivery location. This is to maintain the service level and provide your product on time. We use FedEx, Delhivery, DTDC, Shree Maruti, Ecom, Xpress bees, Bluedart, and Speed Post services to deliver in India.
International Shipping:
Sitara Vastra delivers globally and assures that the best possible courier agencies are used to deliver your product. International shipping cost minimum ₹ 1500/- or depends on countries.
Insurance:
Sitara Vastra ensures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. when your order is reach at your door step, courier person is not allowed to open your order before the payment, it's against the rules of courier company. We require a signature and security code at the time of delivery your product, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by Sitara Vastra and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
We are not offering any type of reverse pickup service from our side in both cases, you have sent the package back at our warehouse address on customer cost and share the tracking number and shipment image within 24 hours. Taxes and Duties:
For Indian Customers, GST will be charged as specified. For international customers we send the package as a personal use item only, but if the customs charges are applied,
customs duty, whenever and wherever applicable, shall have to be borne by the customer only. Customs charges are not a part of purchase.
COD Charge Policy:
Eligibility:
- COD available for orders between ₹ 1000/- to ₹ 5000/- (COD charges will be added separately).
- Orders below ₹ 1000/- COD not available (Prepaid Only).
- Orders above ₹ 5000/- Prepaid only (No COD applicable).
Note:
- Prices are not inclusive of GST.
- COD charges are non-refundable at any conditions.
- Delivery charges if applicable, will be added separately.
Prepaid Options:
- Available for all orders.
- No additional delivery charges.
Payment Options:
- Online payment gateways. (Credit Cards / Debit Cards, Net banking, UPI)
- Bank transfer also available.
Note:
Any dispute arises between the parties, only SURAT court have jurisdiction to settle the dispute.
Goods & Services Tax:
How is the GST amount decided?
Following rules will government whether additional GST will be applicable on the products purchased by you.
GST applicability:
For the product, if the fulfillment is done on or after July 1st, 2017 and the total discount percentage is more than 19% of MRP, then GST may be collected from the customer in addition to product price, post discounts. The discounts include those resulting from special offers such as Buy 1 Get 1 and similar offers.
GST amount:
If applicable, the amount of GST collected from the customer depends on the category.
Apparel/Clothing: Max 12% of net payable (MRP - product discount - coupon discount) will be collected from the customer.
Accessories/Other Categories: Max 28% of net payable (MRP - product discount - coupon discount) will be collected from the customer. The amount of GST shown at the cart level is a mere estimate. The actual GST payable shall be determined basis of the warehouse (based on the availability of the products) from where the goods are being shipped, which will be checked once the order is placed.
Only in case of GST being lower than the estimate GST (based on the warehouse from where the goods would be shipped), the customer would be notified of the same and any additional GST paid by the customer would be duly refunded to the customer.
